Working with one of our highly experienced coaches, you will learn how to give your life the direction that you want and learn how to deal with obstacles to achievement. Identify your goals and values and explore the choices that you have. Build a powerful action plan and gain support in the changes you want and will make.

 

You will receive 121 coaching prior to your Recess. This helps focus the Recess on you, and enables us to create your personal itinerary. Importantly, these sessions help provide greater impact to the Recess by providing you with skills and knowledge that will be used during your time with us, enabling you to get the most out of the experience.
